Command Line Interpreters, or CLI, are executable applications that take parameters as input and run under DOS. These CLI applications have no graphical user interface. They are run using scripts, like java, php, perl or whatever you want to use. CLI applications from APP Helmond can only be used in a MS DOS environment. Thus on any windows PC or server.
